Las Vegas Pro Mortgage is a division of Florida Pro Mortgage LLC we are a Mortgage Broker that has recently expanded into Las Vegas Nevada. Get paid up to 200 bps, we are looking for experienced licensed Mortgage Loan Officers. We are quicker getting to a closing table and have many more products to choose from. If you are tired of waiting more then 30 days to close your loans that you originate give us a call. YOU MUST have your NMLS license or willing to get it within the next 30 days. We looking for a few experienced and licensed mortgage loan officers to join our Nevada Team. You must be a self starter and have the hunter mentality. If you have that hunter mentality and are an experienced Loan Officer with REALTOR relations you will receive the best pay in the industry, up to 200bps. Laid back fun office environment. The harder you work the more you will be paid. If you have your NMLS and are currently licensed with experience come make the money you deserve and get all of the support that you need to remain successful. Mortgage Loan Officers responsibilities are to evaluate, authorize approval or deny loan applications for people looking to purchase real estate or refinance existing loans. You will act as liaison between customers and our financial institutions and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner. We are a broker so we close loans fast and with less conditions than a direct lender. We will pay the highest and will give you the support that you need. Work remote or at our new office location in Las Vegas. We have FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Construction Loans, DSCR Investor loans and Bank Statement Loans for self employed.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
- Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
- Maintain and update account records
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
- Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
Skills
- Proven working experience as a loan officer/ successful previous sales or finance
- Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
- Solid understanding of broker lending products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
