ElderSpan Management has a unique opportunity for a dynamic, detail-oriented, organized and servant-minded person to join our team in the Madison business office as an Administrative Assistant!
Shift: Other, See Hours
Hours:Generally 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
Salary Range:$20/hr + Based on Experience
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answer phones and direct calls as appropriate.
- Respond to emails from all customers (i.e. staff, facilities, vendors, etc.)
- Process outgoing and incoming mail.
- Order and distribute supplies.
- Collect, enter and distribute data (i.e. WCCEAL, postage usage, lease renewal reports, discharge surveys, etc.)
- File, manage file storage and retention.
- Assist with new resident files and correspondence.
- Keep the office area and staff kitchen clean and neat.
- Support office staff as directed.
What qualities are we looking for in an Administrative Assistant?
- 2 years working in a clerical role, required.
- Intermediate computer skills, required.
- 2 years working with seniors, preferred.
- Adaptability, flexibility and team-oriented mindset, required.
- Attention to detail and keen organization skills, required.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English, required.
