Project Executive – Commercial Interiors
California · Washington · Illinois | 100% Employee-Owned | $200,000 – $250,000 / year
WHO WE ARE
Founded in 1996, we are a leader in commercial interior construction with offices spanning California, Washington, and Illinois. We are 100% employee-owned — every team member has a real stake in our success — and we have been recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces for five consecutive years. Our guiding principle is simple: we are Building Better Together. We believe that why we build matters more than what we build, and that philosophy drives everything we do.
THE ROLE
The Project Executive is a senior member of the Executive Management team, reporting directly to the Vice President. This is a hands-on leadership position with true P&L ownership, you will run your own business unit within our commercial interiors practice, bringing in work, building your team, and being accountable for everything from first estimate to final punch list.
This is not a purely administrative role. You will be in the field, in client meetings, and in the weeds of project delivery as much as you are in the boardroom. As your book of business grows, you will build and lead a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers to support delivery, but the culture, quality, and performance of that team is yours to own.
