Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior/SME skilled level Spectrum Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the United States Army, Space & Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Research Directorate’s, Multidomain Technologies Division (MDTD), and will require a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. Army Spectrum Management processes to include the U.S. allocation chart, the National Telecommunications and Information (NTIA) manual and the ITU regulations. Support to the MDTD will include planning and providing strategies for frequency assignment and equipment certification. Additional responsibilities are detailed below.

Responsibilities
- Planning and providing strategies for frequency assignment and equipment certification.
- CONUS and OCONUS coordination with all Department of War (DoW) agencies and United States civilian agencies.
- Monitoring the sell-off military frequency bands and providing strategic reports.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of (20) years' experience.
- Must have the Battlefield Spectrum Management School (BSM) or Interservice Radio Frequency Management School (IRFMS).
- Must have full capacity to access Spectrum XXI and perform data exchanges and equipment/frequency queries.
- Have a strong a strong understanding of NIPR Stepstone and NIPR EL-CIDs web-based tools.
- Have a working experience of SIPR Stepstone and SIPR EL-CIDs software.
- Have an understanding and the ability to apply the concepts of the U.S. Army Spectrum Management RFA process, STA process, SSRA process and 1494 process.
- Familiar with the U.S. Army Spectrum Management , the U.S. allocation chart, National Telecommunications and Information (NTIA) manual and ITU regulations.
- Familiar with Frequency Resource Record System (FRRS) and Government Master File (GMF) records.
- Trained in the new Army wide changes to include the new ASMO RFA process and the new ASMO STA process.
- Experience at COCOM levels or Army Corps levels. An additional skill identifier of Joint Frequency Manager (S9) is preferred.
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
