Job Title: Part-Time Dumpster Consultant (Remote)Company: Bin There Dump That
About Us:At Bin There Dump That, we believe renting a dumpster should ALWAYS be simple and friendly! For most customers, that experience begins on the phone.
Position Overview:The Dumpster Consultant is the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll answer calls, emails, and texts with a smile, help customers select the right dumpster, provide information about our services, and build lasting customer relationships. This role also supports sales tracking, routing, and daily scheduling for our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and texts in a friendly and professional manner.
- Consult with customers to recommend the appropriate dumpster size for their project.
- Explain our services and emphasize what makes Bin There Dump That unique.
- Track sales, follow up on leads and estimates, and support accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with dispatch on driver routing and availability.
- Document customer preferences and project details to provide personalized service.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, text).
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with scheduling, routing, and basic sales processes.
- Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Information, Hours & Compensation:
- Remote, may require onsite for initial training
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Schedule:
- Mondays and Fridays: 7am - 3pm
- Saturdays: 9am - 1pm
- Expected additional hours - covering time off requests, and assisting with sales and marketing when needed.
