We are seeking a Counselor to join our team and provide support to individuals struggling with problems. The successful candidate will have experience in comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress. The Counselor will also be responsible for providing Supervised visitations, anger managment education and support to families of those in treatment, as well as coordinating with other professionals involved in the treatment process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to individuals with substance abuse issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients to determine the best course of treatment.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need.
- Provide education and support to families and significant others of clients.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress.
