Key Responsibilities
- Lead community service operations, client support workflows, and service coordination activities
- Oversee team performance, documentation standards, schedules, reporting, and service quality
- Coordinate with clients, families, service partners, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor client feedback, follow-up tasks, operational concerns, and service outcomes
- Develop strategies to improve workflow efficiency, client satisfaction, and program performance
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, service updates, and operational recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in community services, care coordination, client services, human services, health administration, case support, or operations management
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with clients, families, service providers, community partners, or support teams is an advantage

Pay: $108,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
