- You’re reliable. You show up on time, you don't take 2 hour lunches, and you don't leave early
- Your Customer Service Skills are as good as your painting skills. You communicate clearly with customers and handle projects start to finish with professionalism.
- You own your results. If something’s off, you fix it without waiting for someone else to notice.
- You have good English and can easily communicate with clients

- Workers Comp (or exemptions for each person) and General Liability

Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality finishes on every project
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the process
- Complete final walkthroughs and ensure client satisfaction and collect payment
