We are seeking a motivated, personable Weight Loss Consultant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others reach their health goals and is comfortable with both client care and sales.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective clients and explain available weight-loss programs
- Recommend and sell diet programs based on each client’s needs
- Conduct weekly weigh-ins and follow-up appointments
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing encouragement and accountability
- Maintain accurate client records
- Administer B12 injections
- Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into enrolled clients
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each client’s weight-loss journey
Qualifications:
- Must be able to administer injections
- Strong communication, sales, and customer-service skills
- Friendly, professional, and encouraging personality
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience in weight loss, wellness, healthcare, or sales is preferred
This position includes commission based on weight-loss programs sold, offering additional earning potential for a motivated candidate.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
