Here at Shaking Crab Cajun Seafood House the main thing we want is efficiency, focus and hardworking individuals. The serving position is the most important part of the restaurant because you are the face people see when ordering, eating and enjoying their time there. We want servers who can take a minimum of 4-6 tables at a time, while also making sure guests are getting all the refills they need. Another big thing with this job is side work, when you get in for the day you need to be stocking and setting everything up all around for success and working as a team to ensure the day goes smoothly and everyone is happy.
The base pay is $8 dollars an hour and you keep whatever tips you get on top of that as well.
Pay: $8.00 - $40.00 per hour
