Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following proper food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with manual handling tasks such as transporting supplies, dishes, and cleaning materials safely.
- Support food preparation activities by organizing kitchen tools and ingredients as directed.
- Follow sanitation standards to ensure all kitchen and dining areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely under supervision, including dishwashers and cleaning machines.
- Help uphold restaurant health standards by maintaining cleanliness in all food service areas and adhering to food handling protocols.
