Zinc Communications, a sales and development firm, partners with programs that make connectivity possible for every budget, and we need aWireless Customer Representative who can drive sales while keeping the human side front and center. As ourWireless Customer Representative, you will steer a sales team through San Diego, helping our customers find wireless service they can afford.
As aWireless Customer Representative, you'll meet our customers who've been told they don't qualify for anything, and you'll prove otherwise. TheWireless Customer Representative will then lead their own team, helping them refine their sales approach and celebrating every time someone gets connected. You'll also show that government‑assisted programs provide free wireless service to eligible customers, no catch, just connectivity.
Responsibilities of theWireless Customer Representative
- Supervise in-person sales and customer engagement activities to connect customers with budget-conscious mobile solutions.
- Strengthen sales execution in person by coaching team members on relationship-building strategies and sales techniques.
- Assist the sales team in addressing customer questions and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience during outreach events.
- Monitor daily operations and provide constructive feedback that enhances team productivity and customer interactions.
- Promote a customer-first environment that values accessibility, empathy, and professionalism.
- Support sales objectives by helping the team increase awareness and adoption of affordable wireless services.
Qualifications of theWireless Customer Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus; no experience needed.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Confidence in delivering coaching, feedback, and support to improve team performance.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
