About the Role
As a Manufacturing Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the flow of production by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring components are processed efficiently. Your contributions directly impact our throughput goals by facilitating seamless transitions between manufacturing stages and maintaining high standards of part organization.
Responsibilities-
Load and unload components onto automated paint and insulation conveyor lines to ensure continuous production cycles.

Organize and verify finished parts by labeling, sorting, and stacking them according to specific job requirements.

Support the assembly of component kits to prepare materials for welding and secondary manufacturing operations.

Execute preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend facility longevity.

Extract finished components from sheet metal skeletons to prepare them for final processing.

Collaborate with machine operators and lead personnel to provide hands-on support for various fabrication tasks.

Perform manual finishing duties including grinding, sanding, and surface preparation as needed to meet quality specifications.
Qualifications-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

Proficiency in using a linear tape measure and performing basic shop math.

Strong commitment to workplace safety, ISO standards, and operational procedures.

Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints or assembly drawings.

Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.

Familiarity with basic computer software for equipment operation and data lookup.

Proven ability to work effectively both as an independent contributor and within a collaborative team.
