Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Develop project schedules using construction management software to monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.
- Review blueprints and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate effective onsite execution.
- Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety awareness on site.
- Utilize tools such as JobTread for project documentation, taking photos, tracking progress, and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, change orders, and project logs for transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing new construction projects with a strong emphasis on management and supervision.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading.
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
- Strong communication skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities to address onsite challenges promptly.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
