FUNCTION: The CDL Success Coach at FleetForce Truck Driver Training is responsible for onboarding qualified CDL-permitted individuals seeking to acquire a CDL License. Work closely with the Placement Coordinator to develop and implement recruiting strategies by building relationships with potential drivers to learn about their needs and goals. The CDL Success Coach provides support to new inquiries throughout the onboarding process, and they assist them in navigating the process to obtain a CDL and permit them to be enrolled in the next possible training class. In addition to recruiting and onboarding prospective students, the CDL Success Coach is responsible for the overall success of their assigned markets by monitoring key performance metrics, providing continuous feedback on recruiting and marketing effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending strategies and resources to increase lead generation, enrollment, and class hires. This position is commission-driven.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: (not all-inclusive)
- Make outbound calls, locate potential drivers, and advise them of the exceptional benefits that FleetForce Truck Driver Training must offer if they can achieve a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Permit.
- Pre-screen leads for potential state funding.
- Coach potential leads to study and achieve documents for enrollment.
- Inform applicants about FleetForce Truck Driver Training operations and the the benefits it offers vs competitors.
- Assist leads in scheduling the required appointments in an adequate time frame.
- Track, achieve, and report KPIs to the Placement Coordinator weekly.
- Assume ownership of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned markets, including lead generation, lead conversion, enrollment, class fill rates, and class starts.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting, marketing, and outreach initiatives within assigned markets and provide regular feedback to leadership on what strategies are producing results and what initiatives require improvement.
- Proactively identify barriers impacting lead generation and class enrollments and recommend solutions, resources, marketing efforts, community partnerships, or operational improvements necessary to achieve market growth and enrollment goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Placement Coordinator and other departments to develop and execute action plans that improve market performance, increase qualified leads, and maximize class hires.
- Take ownership of assigned market performance by providing data-driven recommendations and maintaining accountability for achieving recruiting and enrollment objectives.
- Manage and grow new or assigned book of business
- Successfully coach 15+ leads weekly.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: (not all-inclusive)
- 1+ Years of experience in driver recruiting or a related field.
- Ability to build relationships with potential leads.
- Experience with cold calling and social media recruiting is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Strong Organization, Time Management Skills, and ability to set Priorities.
- Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, and Attention to Detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid State Driver’s License
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required to stand, walk, and sit.
- Able to input, store, and output on a (computer) keyboard and other office equipment.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
- Ability to have hand-eye coordination.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- The noise level in the work environment is high due to being in an office with other employees.
Position eligible for "Bonus and Commission" depending on performance
Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
