Overview
If you are an attorney with a current notary, we are looking for you to add to our panel of contract closing attorneys. We are actively looking for attorneys in Berkshire County, Martha's Vineyard, Suffolk County, and Barnstable County. We will have closings in other counties as well. You will have the ability to choose many throughout the week or one or two as you wish. This dynamic team works diligently to be error free, support the clients, borrowers, and attorneys, and make every closing easy and clear. Pay is based on experience and open for negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Review closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Ensure all closing procedures adhere to federal, state, and local laws.
- Send documents back as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience in real estate law with a focus on contract review, negotiations, and closings.
- Excellent costumer communication skills.
- A current Massachusetts Notary Public seal.
