Sales Floor Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the daily activities of the sales team.
- Conduct sales meetings and engaged training sessions.
- Coach and develop sales consultants through real-time observation and one-on-one mentoring.
- Assist salespeople with product presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional buying experience.
- Monitor CRM activity to verify timely follow-up on all leads and customer opportunities.
- Hold sales staff accountable for appointments, customer contact, and daily performance metrics.
- Work closely with the BDC to maximize appointment show rates.
- Maintain an organized showroom and lot presentation.
- Review salesperson pipelines daily and assist in moving customers toward a purchase decision.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Ensure dealership policies and compliance standards are followed.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented, and energetic culture built around accountability and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee dealership sales operations for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Assist with training and mentor sales professionals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and manufacturer representatives.
- Manage pricing strategy, inventory aging, and merchandising.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, closing ratios, gross profit, and lead conversion metrics.
- Work alongside the Finance Department to improve product penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure CRM compliance and proper lead management throughout the dealership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives.
- Review advertising effectiveness and collaborate with the marketing team.
- Maintain a high-performance culture focused on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Drive dealership profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership management experience required.
- Experience with finance is required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership software.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, energy, involvement and integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
