They are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Regional Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and delivering customized staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients while proactively developing new business opportunities within an established territory. This role is responsible for building lasting client relationships, understanding workforce needs, and collaborating with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful staffing outcomes.
Responsibilities include communicating job requirements, project timelines, pricing, travel logistics, and workforce expectations while providing exceptional customer service throughout the hiring process. The Account Manager will conduct regular client meetings, identify opportunities for growth, prepare staffing proposals, maintain an active sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting and CRM documentation.
Success in this position also requires developing strategic prospecting plans, identifying decision-makers within target organizations, and generating new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and in-person meetings. The ideal candidate will become a trusted staffing advisor by understanding industry trends and delivering workforce solutions that help clients achieve their business goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or staffing. They possess strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills, communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, and are comfortable generating new business through proactive outreach.
- Candidates should be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential.
- Experience supporting construction, industrial, environmental, or project-based industries is preferred but not required.
