Sous Chef — Anchor Restaurant & Market

Anchor Restaurant & Market is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team — a hands-on role for a cook ready to run the line, own every station, and step in for the Executive Chef when needed.
Responsibilities
- Run all kitchen stations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across every shift.
- Cover for the Executive Chef on off days, overseeing kitchen operations in their absence.
- Support inventory and food cost control, and enforce health and safety standards.
- Train and guide line and prep cooks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of culinary experience; at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Full availability required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Seafood, Spanish, and/or fine dining experience a plus.

Schedule & Compensation
- Five open-to-close shifts per week.
- Exempt salary: $750–$850/week, based on experience.
Pay: $750.00 - $850.00 per week
