The Lead Baker, also known as Pastry Key Employee, at Percy supports the Kitchen Manager in the operation of the back of the house: ordering, holding high standards, customer service, food quality, and safety. In order to be successful in these responsibilities, the PKE must love the restaurant business, exude the core values, and lead with heart and humor.

Constantly works with kitchen equipment and tools
Occasionally positions self to clean under counters and inside equipment

Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
Complete applicable check lists, order guides and count sheets on time
