Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant regulations
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Manage the general ledger accounting system and ensure proper recording of all financial activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
- Provide guidance to the finance team on financial concepts and best practices
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
Skills:
- Proficiency in Delek Vision, Quickbooks, and Yardi
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles
- Familiarity with DCAA Guidelines
- Experience with account reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records
- Solid understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
