Are you an early riser who takes pride in preparing great food and creating a welcoming start to the day?
Emmaline’s Cocktails & Provisions is looking for a dependable and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our hospitality-driven team. You’ll work in a new kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment and supportive leadership that values teamwork, respect, consistency, and genuine hospitality.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced morning environment, takes pride in quality and presentation, and wants to play an important role in our guests’ experience.
As our Breakfast Cook, you’ll prepare and execute breakfast offerings for hotel guests and restaurant diners. You’ll help ensure that every meal is served promptly, prepared consistently, and presented with care.
In addition to breakfast service, you’ll support our popular DoubleTree Cookie Program, prepare fresh products for our Grab & Go program, and assist with banquets and group events.
Monitor food quality, portion sizes, temperatures, presentation, and ticket times.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices.
