Big Pine Insurance Agency is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to assist existing insurance clients, support marketing initiatives, and help with agency operations. This is a part-time W2 position with opportunities for growth for the right individual.
Location
Provo, Utah
This is a hybrid position. Employees are expected to work in our Provo office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additional hours may be available on Mondays and Wednesdays and may be performed remotely when appropriate based on agency workload and business needs.
Schedule
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office
- Additional hours available based on client service workload
- Consistent Tuesday and Thursday availability required
Compensation
- $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assist existing insurance clients with service requests
- Process policy changes and updates
- Follow up on outstanding client items
- Assist with marketing campaigns and client outreach
- Support social media content and posting
- Assist with website updates and content management
- General office and administrative support
- Help maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements
- Active Utah Property & Casualty Insurance License or
- Willing to obtain a Utah Property & Casualty License before employment begins
- Must be licensed before starting work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
