Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Position Overview:
Our growing, high-energy dental practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to help expand our hygiene capacity and meet increasing patient demand. This role will begin as a one-day-per-week position with the potential to grow to two days per week.
We are looking for a team-oriented professional who is confident, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to a supportive and collaborative office culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
- Take diagnostic radiographs, including full-mouth series (FMX)
- Administer local anesthetic as needed
- Conduct thorough periodontal charting and assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure a positive, comfortable patient experience throughout each visit
Team & Office Support:
- Assist with sterilization and operatory turnover as needed
- Work collaboratively with clinical and front office team members
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient, positive workflow throughout the day
- Embrace a team-first mindset—jumping in where needed to support overall practice success
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (state required)
- Certification to administer local anesthetic
- Proficiency in taking FMX and digital radiographs
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Schedule:
- Start: 1 day per week
- Growth opportunity to 2 days per week based on patient demand
