Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer focused front desk receptionist to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service upon arrival and departure
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel's reservation syste,
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, and in person
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process payments, verify billing details, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer skills; experience with PEP is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
