The Enhancement Foreman is responsible for leading and overseeing landscape enhancement projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. This role requires strong field leadership, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage crews, materials, and timelines while maintaining excellent communication with supervisors and team members.

Lead, train, and supervise enhancement crew members on a daily basis

Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications

Promote a safe and productive work environment

Provide coaching and support to improve crew performance

Oversee installation of landscape enhancements including planting, sod, mulch, irrigation, and hardscape elements

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations

Read and interpret plans, layouts, and work orders

Monitor job progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines

Enforce company safety policies and procedures at all times

Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and job sites

Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment

Report any incidents or hazards immediately

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

Ensure tools, trucks, and trailers are properly used and maintained

Manage materials on site and coordinate with supervisors for supply needs

Communicate daily with supervisors and operations team regarding job status

Report any issues, delays, or concerns in a timely manner
-
Coordinate with other departments when needed to ensure smooth project execution

Previous experience in landscape enhancements or construction

Experience leading or supervising a crew preferred

Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely

Strong understanding of landscape installation practices

Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record preferred

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather conditions
