This is a permenant position, 32 hours $43-46 M-F No weekend rotation working in a beautiful facility.
Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including movement, strength, balance, and flexibility. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Treatment Implementation: Provide hands-on treatment to help patients improve mobility, alleviate pain, and regain functionality. This includes exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about the therapeutic process, exercises to perform at home, and ways to manage and prevent future injury.
Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations. Assist with scheduling, billing, and reporting.
Maintain Professional Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest research and techniques in physical therapy. Participate in training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
