Hand Soldering/Assembler
· The job location is in Richardson, Texas 75081
· The pay rate is 21.00 to 26.00 an hour
Schedule:
- Regular: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Busy Season: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must be available)
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Overtime: Required
Overview:
Production Department is hiring multiple experienced Hand Solderers/Assemblers. This is a critical role within the department and is directly overseen by the General Manager. Strong soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform high-reliability work are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering on PCB assemblies and components
- Assemble, inspect, and rework electronic assemblies as required
- Follow production drawings, schematics, and written instructions
- Ensure all work meets quality and reliability standards (Class 3)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals and meet required deadlines
- Work mandatory overtime during peak production periods
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in hand soldering or PCB assembly preferred
- Experience working in a high-reliability or aerospace/defense environment is a plus
- IPC-610, AS9100, and J-STD Class 3 certifications preferred
- Candidates who are out of certification can be re-certified
- Ability to work extended hours and Saturdays during busy season
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and drawings
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
