Top Junk is a locally owned and operated junk removal company proudly serving the Bay Area. Here’s what we do:
- We handle commercial, construction, donation and residential pickups.
- We send a team to do all the quoting, lifting, loading, hauling and dumping for our clients—they just point, and we handle the rest!
We’re not just about junk removal; we’re about making a difference. We recycle and donate as much as possible to reduce waste and give back to the community. Plus, we take pride in keeping our neighborhoods clean, green, and beautiful.

What You’ll Do
- Route plan for success: Review jobs in the morning and plan the best route for the day
- Drive and Thrive: Safely operate a box truck while navigating surrounding areas
- Connect with Customers: Greet clients with a smile, explain our pricing, and close the job with confidence.
- Lift and Load: Tackle heavy items like a pro (don’t worry—we’ll show you the ropes).
- Stay Green: Follow our guidelines for recycling and donating to keep things eco-friendly.
The Details
- Pay: $18–$28 per hour + tips (yes, you can earn more!).
- Schedule: Flexible shifts, 2–6 days a week, 2+ hours per shift. Weekend Availability
- Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Confidence driving a box truck.
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends
- Physical ability to lift heavy items safely.
- Work independently and in a team
- Deliver pricing to clients and sell jobs on-site
