Compensation: Up to $180,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Drive Growth in Specialty Infusion & IVIG Services
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to expand provider partnerships and grow specialty infusion and pharmacy services throughout the Los Angeles market. This highly consultative, field-based role focuses on developing referral relationships, increasing IVIG utilization, and improving patient access to specialty therapies.
This opportunity is ideal for a healthcare sales professional with experience in specialty biologics, infusion therapies, or specialty pharmacy who thrives in a relationship-focused, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive IVIG and specialty therapy growth across the assigned Southern California territory
- Develop strong relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, infusion centers, and office leadership
- Support providers and office staff throughout the referral-to-treatment process to improve speed-to-therapy and patient access
- Educate referral sources on infusion services, specialty pharmacy capabilities, reimbursement support, and site-of-care options
- Collaborate with internal pharmacy, intake, operations, and clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience
- Conduct business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and workflow improvements
- Monitor territory performance metrics and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Operate with professionalism and compliance while adhering to healthcare industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience
- 5+ years of healthcare sales, account management, or business development experience
- Minimum 3 years working with specialty biologics, infusion therapies, IVIG, or specialty pharmacy services
- Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer access, prior authorization, and specialty medication workflows
- Proven success exceeding sales or territory growth objectives in a consultative sales environment
Preferred
- Experience in immunology, neurology, rheumatology, GI, or rare disease therapies
- Background in home infusion, ambulatory infusion centers, or specialty pharmacy
- Established provider relationships within the Los Angeles or Southern California market
- Experience supporting complex patient access and therapy onboarding processes
