The Role (What You’ll Do):
As the face of our practice, you will set the tone for our patients' visits. This isn’t just about answering phones—it’s about managing the flow of the day and supporting your team.
* Greet patients warmly and handle checking in/out efficiently.
* Manage a busy multi-line phone system and schedule appointments accurately.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
* Collaborate closely with clinical staff (assistants and hygienists) to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal daily flow.
What We Are Looking For:
We are explicitly looking for a TEAM PLAYER . In a fast-paced environment, things change quickly, and we need someone who jumps in to help where it’s needed without being asked.
Experience: Previous experience in dental front office is highly preferred (familiarity with dental software DENTRIX is a major plus! )
The Ultimate Team Player: You understand that when one person succeeds, the whole office succeeds. You bring positive energy and a "how can I help?" attitude.
Multitasking Pro:Ability to stay calm, organized, and polite under pressure or when the lobby gets busy.
Reliable & Ready:We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible so reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.
