Regional Manager | Fashion & Footwear | Competitive Package
Zachary Daniels Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking fashion and footwear retailer as a Regional Manager. You will manage a mix of stand-alone stores and concessions across the East Coast and the West Coast. We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager who has the skills and acumen to drive commercial growth, manage operational performance and deliver an amazing customer experience within a fantastic brand.
This role is idea for a high performing Country Manager / Divisional Manager / Regional Manager and you will work across a multi-market retail portfolio throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities
As our new Regional Manager, you will execute regional growth strategies to improve revenue, profitability and market penetration across multiple retail formats.
Manage full P&L accountability for a portfolio of locations across the Americas, implementing performance improvement initiatives and driving commercial results.
Work with key stakeholders in North America, Mexico and Europe.
Implement central strategies around trading performance, customer experience to increase sales and revenue
The customer journey will be at the heart of everything you do
Visibility - as our new Regional Manager you will be visible in your stores and concessions with regular travel required
We want someone who can enhance service standards, drive customer loyalty and brand engagement across all consumer touchpoints.
What we want in our New Regional Manager:
Experience managing across North America
A background within footwear and/or fashion
Knowledge of working with department stores across North America a significant advantage
Ability to work with key stakeholders and retail partners
Manage a high performing team of cluster/area managers
Flexible to travel - being visible is essential
We want you to evidence the ability of driving sales and service standards
Demonstrate an ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and leadership development programmes.
