Community Manager
Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 30 properties and roughly 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. We manage properties that we own and properties owned by others.

Community Manager
Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for TWO Community Managers to join our team. The positions will be based in Kansas City Missouri managing Villa Park Apartments (94 units) and Riviera Apartments (166 units). Both properties are in our East Region which has properties in Lee's Summit, Belton, Grandview, and Kansas City Missouri.
The key responsibilities include maintaining occupancy goals, managing budget expectations, maintaining the property, and administrative duties that are involved in the day-to-day operations of the community, among other things.
**Salary based on experience in the range of $50,000 to $55,000**
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-family experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of property manager experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Expert Yardi user a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
