Purpose of Position: Responsible for the production of high quality food for our guests. Essential Functions: 1) Must meet cooking standards to maintain a high quality of food and service on a consistent basis 2) Must ensure that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen area at all times 3) Must ensure that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the breakfast room at all times. 4) Must stock all items daily. 5) Must report when inventory is low and needs to be reordered. 6) Must make sure that food levels are maintained until after breakfast time is over and all of our guests are fed. 7) Breakfast Attendants must be properly dressed in uniform, well-groomed, and wearing name tag. Mandatory Job Requirements: 1) Read, write and speak English. 2) Neat, well-groomed appearance. 3) Must have a flexible schedule to include weekends. 4) Good communication skills. 5) Pleasant personality and people skills.
