Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to join our team!
As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
As a Warehouse Associate, your overall objective will be to support efficient warehouse operations through order pulling, receiving, inventory handling, staging, packaging, and material movement. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with light computer and reporting work, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both physical work and detail-oriented tasks.
We are especially excited to add someone to the team with strong computer and Excel skills. While we can train the warehouse functions and equipment operation, we are looking for someone who is comfortable learning systems, researching discrepancies, analyzing information, and supporting operational efficiency through technology and organization.
This is an in-person warehouse position that requires flexibility, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while still collaborating closely with the larger team.
Schedule:
This position is Monday through Friday with a typical schedule of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. We are flexible on exact start times, though our preferred start window is generally between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
There may also be an opportunity to move into a 4x10 schedule after the initial training period has been completed. This option can be discussed further during the interview process. No nights or weekends!

As a Warehouse Associate, here is how you will make an impact:
Pull customer orders accurately using scan guns and warehouse systems
Double check orders and package items according to customer-specific standards
Receive, unload, stock, and put away incoming product
Stage and palletize orders for shipment and delivery
Operate forklifts, joey lifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Research order discrepancies, inventory questions, tickets, and prior deliveries using computer systems
Run reports and analyze warehouse and order information
Assist with inventory projects, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
Support miscellaneous warehouse tasks and operational projects as needed

Comfortable balancing physical warehouse work with computer-based tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Here is what we need from a Warehouse Associate:
Prior warehouse or order pulling experience preferred
Scan gun experience required
Intermediate Excel knowledge strongly preferred
Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning warehouse systems
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and move throughout the workday
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred, though onsite training will be provided
