Ross Company, Inc. is a family-owned commercial HVAC and refrigeration company serving customers throughout New England. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, equipment inspections, and system start-ups
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues efficiently and accurately
- Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay with earning potential up to $130,000 per year based on experience
- Weekly pay for all hours worked, including paid travel time
- $250 on-call bonus for each scheduled weekend rotation
