Position Summary: The Force Development SME provides strategic analysis and recommendations to align training and readiness programs with future MESF operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze warfighting capabilities and future force requirements
- Evaluate emerging technologies and systems for integration into training programs
- Develop recommendations for policy, doctrine, and training improvements
- Support alignment with NECC, NAVSEA, and Navy enterprise stakeholders
- Contribute to long-term readiness and capability planning
Qualifications
- 8 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within expeditionary communities.
- 3 years of recent NECC/expeditionary experience developing training and readiness initiatives. "Recent" is defined as within the last 5 years; MESF experience highly desired. Strategic planning and analytical expertise.
- MS Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with oral briefings and writing skills to engage with leadership within MESF and organizations within the community of interest and personnel.
- Active SECRET clearance.
