Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN) in Monroe, New York.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Comprehensive OB and GYN care including pregnancy management, reproductive health, and surgical services
- Three clinic/surgery days per week with one 24-hour hospital call weekly
- Collaborative interdisciplinary environment with clinical autonomy
- Established patient base with strong support staff
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $325,000 – $375,000
- $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
SCHEDULE
- Three 8-hour outpatient clinic/surgery days weekly
- One 24-hour hospital call shift weekly
ROLE
- Provide routine and complex obstetric care
- Deliver comprehensive gynecologic services
- Perform surgical procedures within OB/GYN scope
- Collaborate with midwives and advanced practice providers
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in clinic and hospital settings

Requirements:
- Board Certified OB/GYN Physician REQUIRED
- Active New York medical license REQUIRED
- Comfortable managing routine and complex obstetric cases REQUIRED
- Ability to collaborate with midwives and advanced practice providers REQUIRED
- Experience in both clinic and hospital settings preferred
