Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cad Designer with at least ONE YEAR experience to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise structural and MEP designs and detailed schematics that support the successful execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop accurate structural models and detailed drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
- Prepare 2D drafting plans and 3D models that meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Assist in creating mechanical design components and integrating them into overall structural frameworks.
- Support construction teams by providing clear technical documentation and resolving design-related issues on-site.
- Contribute to the development of animations or visualizations such as 2D animations to communicate complex structural ideas effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with CAD platforms including AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect.
- Some understanding of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques within a construction context.
- Basic familiarity with schematics creation, structural analysis, and 2D/3D modeling workflows.
- Basic ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction documents accurately.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting construction activities.
- Prior experience in structural or mechanical design roles is highly desirable.
