Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions through TOAST and process payments efficiently.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.
- Restock bar supplies proactively, ensuring all ingredients and tools are available for smooth service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during catering events, food service periods, or retail outlets.
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or food service environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS system TOAST for efficient order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or banquet halls.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling and sales calculations.
- Experience in fine dining or catering environments is highly desirable to deliver sophisticated service.
- Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry best practices enhances your versatility as a bartender.
