**Prefer 1099 Independent Contractor**
The Kelly’s Enterprise, LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Custodian/Janitorial Technician to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a commercial facility.
This position is part of a two-person rotating schedule. Each employee will normally work three days per week, with employees alternating schedules to ensure fair and consistent hours.
Schedule Rotation:
Schedule A: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Schedule B: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
Start time: 8:30am
Employees will rotate schedules as needed to maintain balanced hours and coverage.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties may include:
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Clean sinks, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, and other restroom surfaces
Empty trash and replace liners
Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces
Clean breakroom/common areas
Dust furniture, ledges, counters, and accessible surfaces
Spot-clean doors, walls, and glass
Maintain entrance and lobby areas
Restock paper products, soap, and other facility consumables as needed
Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
Complete assigned cleaning checklist before leaving the facility
Report maintenance concerns, damages, safety hazards, or supply needs to management
Follow all company and facility safety procedures
Qualifications
Applicants must:
Be dependable and able to report to scheduled shifts consistently
Have reliable transportation
Be able to work independently with limited supervision
Pay close attention to detail
Be able to follow cleaning checklists and facility-specific instructions
Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning duties throughout the shift
Be able to lift approximately 25–40 pounds when necessary
Maintain a professional attitude while working inside the client’s facility
Previous commercial janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Attendance Expectations
Because this facility requires cleaning six days per week, dependable attendance is extremely important. Employees are responsible for arriving on time and completing all assigned duties during their scheduled shift.
Repeated call-outs, no-call/no-shows, leaving before assigned duties are completed, or failure to follow cleaning procedures may result in removal from the account.
What We Provide
The Kelly’s Enterprise, LLC provides the necessary cleaning equipment and chemicals required to perform assigned janitorial duties. Facility consumables are provided through the client/City Wide.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that consistent, high-quality cleaning is essential to maintaining our commercial accounts.
Pay: From $900.00 per month
