Our Front of House Managers motivate and instill accountability to help drive success of Johnny Blacks Hospitality Group. They are expected to provide overall leadership to achieve sales goals by delivering a great customer experience, managing and developing the team, and overseeing daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Hire, Train, Develop, and Retain Staff
- Build an environment that provides exceptional customer service and ensure all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
- Leads in the training and continued development of all front of house staff.
- Assures staffing levels and management coverage is appropriate to meet the needs of the business, maximize the guest experience, while still hitting labor cost goals.
- Leads staff through motivation and leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity.
Guests: Consistently meet the standard for our Exceptional Guest Service
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through the best combination of food and beverages.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for Staff and Guests.
- Continuously improves operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to Johnny Blacks operating standards and philosophies.
Operations:
- Secure a clean and organized front of house and back of house, as well as communicating general maintenance needs to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for restaurant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated knowledge and execution of restaurant operating standards
- Demonstrated ability in developing team members in areas of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to achieve expected store financial results in areas of responsibility
- Experience in management within a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Serve Safe Certification recommended

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
