Pay Range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Placement within range is based on certification status, experience, and qualifications.
Behavioral Concepts is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and motivated individuals interested in furthering their career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Position Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality one-to-one ABA therapy in home and clinic settings, serving as a clinical role model for best practices
- Implement and support individualized behavior intervention plans with a high level of independence and clinical judgment
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while proactively identifying opportunities for skill generalization across environments
- Collect, review, and ensure accuracy of clinical data using a tablet, completing thorough and timely session documentation
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and clinical leadership, contributing clinical insights and case feedback
- Model and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and families, reinforcing consistency, ethical care, and company standards
Training and Support
- Clinical orientation and detailed session training
- Ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback
- Paid RBT examination, certification, and annual renewal
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology OR enrollment in or completion of coursework toward a degree in psychology, education, special education, child development, or a related field
- Active RBT certification
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience providing ABA services
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and clinical protocols
- Basic technology skills and ability to use a tablet for data collection
Position Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute to assigned client locations within Orange County
- Reliable transportation required
- This is a full-time role requiring open availability to meet client scheduling needs
- Ability to perform active, hands-on work with children (sitting, standing, moving, and engaging during sessions)
- Remote positions are not available
- Paid mileage and drive time between clients
