Personnel Placements is hiring Entry-Level Carpentry Associates for a manufacturing facility in Milan, TN.
Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime: May be required based on production needs

We are seeking dependable individuals interested in learning carpentry skills while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous carpentry experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

Read and accurately use a tape measure.

Safely operate hand tools and other basic shop equipment.
*
Assemble and build wood products according to specifications.
*
Follow production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
*
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
*
Assist with other production and carpentry-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
*
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
*
Experience using hand tools is preferred.
*
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
*
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
*
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
*
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
