A well-established, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its growing outpatient primary care team in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Position Highlights
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Monday-Friday Schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- Flexible scheduling with potential 4-day workweek
- No weekends
- Minimal phone-only call (approximately 1:6)
- 36 Clinical Hours + 4 Administrative Hours
- See approximately 24-26 patients per day
- Collaborative team of Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs, and support staff

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and community resources
- Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Massachusetts license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA (or ability to obtain)
