Pay
Base wage: $12.96 per hour + tips
Estimated total earnings: Approximately $19.00–$25.00 per hour.
Actual earnings vary depending on tips.
Expected Hours
5–40 hours per week, based on employee availability and restaurant needs.
Restaurant Hours
Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM
Saturday–Sunday: 12:00 PM–2:00 AM
Schedules may include evenings, weekends, late-night shifts, and closing shifts. Actual workdays and hours will be assigned based on employee availability and restaurant needs. Fixed weekly hours or specific workdays are not guaranteed.
Position Overview
Servers are responsible for providing friendly service, taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages, maintaining clean dining areas, and working closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Explain menu items and answer guest questions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders and respond to guest requests
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience
- Maintain clean tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow restaurant service, food-safety, and cleanliness standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Perform other front-of-house duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Able to commute consistently to the Chicago location
- Available to work one or more evening, weekend, late-night, or closing shifts
- Friendly and professional communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding restaurant environment
- Able to follow instructions and learn company procedures
- Previous restaurant, serving, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
Pay: $12.96 per hour
