Overview
Saint Mary’s Hospital, part ofTrinity Health of New England, is seekingAssistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support clinical teams in acollaborative, patient-centered community hospital environment.
This role is perfect for nurses ready totransition from bedside to leadership while making a direct impact on patient care and team culture.
What You’ll Do
- Assist withstaffing, operations, and patient care oversight
- Support and mentornursing staff
- Promotepatient safety and quality care standards
- Driveteam engagement and retention
- Partner with leaders onprocess improvement and compliance
- Maintain avisible leadership presence on the unit

Qualifications
- ActiveConnecticut RN License
- BLS required
- 3+ years RN experience
- Leadership/Charge RN experience preferred
- BSN Required
