SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Analyst is an individual contributor position on the Supply Chain Planning and Analytics team responsible providing analytical support to warehouse operations. This role develops reporting, dashboards, and performance insights that enable leaders to monitor service, productivity, and cost performance across the distribution network. This is hybrid role working up to 3 days a week in the office/warehouse
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize relational databases to provide visibility to the state of the business.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze operational and warehouse performance data.
- Interpret large amounts of complex data to formulate problem statements, concise conclusions regarding underlying risk dynamics, trends, and opportunities.
- Create effective visualizations using business intelligence tools to prompt actions and influence decisions across distribution centers.
- Develop, monitor and report key performance indicators of cost, service and productivity.
- Build new and modernize existing processes to be cloud based, automated, and repeatable.
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and analytical solutions.
- Use data to answer warehouse questions on an ad-hoc basis.
- Prepare, present, and communicate analytical findings to warehouse leaders, senior warehouse leaders, and cross-functional partners throughout the business.
- Lead process and/or inventory productivity improvement projects which may span from multiple distribution centers.
- Independently manage workload, prioritize projects, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00
Maximum Salary: $88,830.00

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, data science, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of inventory management or distribution management experience in high volume, fast paced seasonal or heavily promoted businesses (retail or consumer goods) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of distribution center processes and inventory flow preferred.
- Confident with managing and analyzing inventory and warehouse data for the purpose of providing insights.
- Proficiency with SQL required; experience with Python, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau preferred.
- Understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and reporting standards preferred.
- Expertise using Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across operations, technology, and supply chain functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with and influencing team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent relationship management skills with internal and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
