We are hiring a skilled and motivated Senior / Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys helping customers, and wants a real opportunity to grow into leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system performance issues
- Handle HVAC-related service calls and installation opportunities
- Recommend products and services that improve and protect HVAC systems
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer service
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Work toward future leadership opportunities within the company
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential of $80,000–$120,000+ annually

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours/week
- Rotating weekends and seasonal on-call opportunities
- Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Personal vehicle and tools required initially
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- HVAC License
- EPA License
Preferred:
- Existing relationships with distributors and manufacturers
