- Deployments and Upgrades: Help implement new systems and perform application/system updates.

Script and Application Development: Write scripts or small applications to automate tasks.

- Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate documentation for applications and training.
Technical Knowledge and Skills :

Must be familiar with using the Microsoft OS platform (Windows 11), MS Office suite (Word, Excel, etc). Linux/Unix skills are also preferred but not required.

Must have coding skills in at least one or more languages. (example: C#, C++, PL/SQL, etc).

Preferred to have some troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Preferred to have scripting skills in one or more scripting languages. (example: Bash, Python, etc)
